Slaughtering Meme

Description
Adds a slaughtering meme, which allows you freely sacrifice prisoners and/or animals in your rituals, without a need to use vanilla cannibal meme.
I always wanted a way to have a bit more civilized human sacrifices, as a dignigified cult. Remember Old Testament? Now you can do something like that in rimworld.

@BiriCristão in my ortodox childhood bible God was testing a guy by saying to sacrifice his kid, only stopping him second before the strike. Plus Kain for sure sacrificed Avel, and it sure is old testement for me. Human sacrifices thematicly are tribal and druidic, and for my concern are really lacking in this types of playtrhoughs

@PatoPixelado you mean corpses? I guess i say no to this, cause this meme gonna be too good to not use it. I guess even if cults do the people killing they still must not like corpse
