Necrophage Peaceful

Description
In a vanilla game, Necrophage cannot talk with or buy off smaller forces and can only use force to suppress them.
It can only blockade borders and declare war on other factions.

With this mod, the Necrophage will be able to talk with and buy off smaller forces.
You will be able to sign non-aggression pacts, ceasefires, and form alliances with other factions.

The problem is caused by one of Necrophage's traits, "FactionTraitNecrophages5".
The main body of it is in Endless Legend.exe, so it is out of our hands.
The mod works by removing the call to it.

The "FactionTraitNecrophages5" functionality would be nothing, so we have added a "Language Square" technology.
With or without the technology-granting code, you can learn alliance and other technologies as you advance in technology acquisition.

Note
This mod does the same thing as a mod for another game from the developer.

Do you think you can use custom factions in single game mode?
Are you stupid?

Whats the point of this mod, if custom factions exist? Just create a custom faction and remove the Pitiless trait, that way you can make peace, get language square etc. like with every other faction. There is no mod needed for this, except maybe if you disallow custom factions in your game.
