• Upon death of a hero, a 1 level lower hero will be guaranteed to appear in the stagecoach.
  
• 6 Color of Madness recruits appear instead of 4.

If it wasn't obvious, this is very similar to Head Start. The problem I had was that it included both starting heroes and the stage coach changes so it would conflict with mods that added custom starting characters. This isn't a 1:1 copy though, some values are changed. Might make changes to this mod in the future if I feel it's unbalanced but my current motif was just to reduce grinds. You can get heroes infinitely anyways by sacrificing 1 every week but that will bloat the game. The new upgrades will cost, however.

Not made for stygian, no patch.
Can add this mid-save.
Compatible with everything else except other stage coach changers.
