RagMod V3 Legacy patch for Simfphys

Description
Adds ability to fly as a ragdoll off the simfphys car on serious crash.

Back compatibility addon for RagMod V3 Legacy

addon commands which you'll need if you're on car not bike:
rm_gripforce - How much force needed to fly off the car. (0 will disable this addon).
rm_anglepushmultiplier - How easily it is for car's angular velocity to kick you off the car.
rm_groundhitmultiplier - How easily it is for you to fly off the car on ground hit.
rm_waterdrop (0 or 1) - Get kicked from car if it's submerged in water.
rm_upvector - How much hammer units you'll be teleported above your seat.
rm_frontvector - How much hammer units you'll be teleported forward your seat.
rm_bottomangle (0-180) - Angle difference between bottom and hit pos which will still be assumed as a bottom hit.
rm_appearatglobalup (0 or 1) - Don't appear at chair's up but at global up axis.

As a huge GTA 4 fan I've been looking for a mod like this, thanks for putting time and effort to make it. If possible, would you ever consider making a version of this for RagMod Reworked? Have a nice day.
