The Killer Drug

Description
The Killer Drug is a bio-weapon that accidentally got released into public.
It's main resources are drugs, antibiotics, and medications, but also alcohol and food, which it has been designed for to find, and kill druglords in the first place.

I seem to have a problem with this one - it doesn't appear able to transmit via boats.
I've infected everything except the boat-only islands. :P
