TSO - Fix Top Mounted Camera View

Description
Fix Top Mounted Camera View

This mod moved the camera position up slightly so that camera view is more viewable.

The vanilla top mounted camera view is about half obstructed by the block it is placed on.

This problem seems to be on on Large grid. This mod replaces the vanilla Top Mounted Camera.

If you are looking for other camera views, check out my TSO - More Automaton Cameras
This has bottom, right and left mounted cameras. I also made this fix to the top mounted camera in it.

Your idea is great! I presently use various camera mods that allow camera mounts offset, but the camera model being used is rather...dated and awkward. I actually like the sleek new model being used for the new cameras, but unless they are on small blocks and allow greater placement options, I can't really use them. I've also had this problem with some cockpit seats, where the control panel in front of the pilot obstructs so much of the view, I would almost consider the design unsafe for any practical piloting.

@ferenc1970 - Thanks for the comment and suggestion. What about 3 more camera for each orientation. Top Center Front, Top Front Right, Top Front Left, Bottom Front Center, Bottom Front Right, Bottom Front Left ... etc?

OK, I'm just going to say it, the Keen top/bottom mount camera designs are next to useless on large blocks, UNLESS someone redesigns them with the camera up near the forward edge on large blocks to give them an unobstructed view. There is no point whatsoever to an obstructed camera viewing angle, it's like making non-transparent windshields or camera feeds that resemble looking through dirty lenses with static.
