Make the Universe a Cuter Place (Ashby version)

My own variant of Cutebound, the original Cutebound content but without affecting Glitch, Apex, Novakid and Avians. That is, only Hylotls, humans, Floran and NPCs are affected by Cutebound's design, S.A.I.L will not be affected either.
You don't need the original mod

All credits and honors to the original authors, I have only taken their creation and have cut part of their content according to my preferences, basically I did not like the cute appearance of the Apex, Avians and Novakid, but I did like the design in everything else.
