Talking MacTusks

Description
Teaches walruses how to shout at you. Surely nothing good can come of this.

Walruses talk when:
Attacking
Running away
Being ignited, being haunted
Eating, waking up

MacTusk talks when he kills something, and has separate quotes for killing small creatures and for killing bosses.

Wee MacTusk talks when taunting, and has unique taunts for each character.
Wee MacTusk talks when MacTusk dies or freezes.
Wee MacTusk talks when his ice hounds kill something or die. He has a name for each hound.

Walrus talkativity can be configured in config.
COCKNEY PIGS can be enabled in config. (thanks to Username for the suggestion!)

This is the kind of modding I want more of. Everything on the workshop is like "Make Abigail 3000x stronger and she can do chores for you"

Causes a error where the game crashes when a ice hound aggros onto the player when not fighting Mactusk. Might wanna look into it.

@Username the cockney pigmen idea was too good not to execute, I've added it as a config option and made a separate mod for the client version, thanks for the idea :]
