Description

Velothi Manor is a sprawling estate nestled atop the Velothi Mountain Range on the boarder between Riften and Winterhelm. Velothi Manor has a long and rich History dating back to when the Empire first made an appearance in Skyrim. Their plans were quickly thwarted as can been seen by the ruins of their once mighty fort to this day. Since, the property has been updated and renovated to feature a large luxury home complete with all the amenities including a mead hall and a master suite fit for a Dragonborn as well as several smaller structures. The old Imperial guard towers are utilized as well and on a clear day you can see Riften along the river to the south and Windhelm resting in the mountains to the North.

This mod is incomplete. I spent about six months working on it and then life circumstances took me away from modding. I do not have any plans to complete it at this point but it is stable and fully functional so I thought I would share my work with the community. It has everything you could ever need and more it just doesn't have everything that I wanted to add.

everyone is busy attacking the bunny. that doesnt seem to die. even I tried. cage opens as well. the bunny's gaze follows you as well. he DOES have a red dot on your compass.. which was weird. reminded me of that movie. spanish inquisition.
the rooms are naked in the house.. not much too them. but the main hall and bedroom are F'N GORGEOUS!!!!. the whole idea is just GREAT. Id love it. if it worked. Id also want it closer to the middle of the map. but thats my ideal location.
inside there is a chest in the bedroom. you cant open it with out a key. cant find the key and cant pick it.... ... so.. not much to it. but its very cool idea. but NOT fully functional as said...

yes I read that it says incomplete. but shouldnt say you can use it all, just incomplete. should read unfinished and use at your own leisure.

it IS beautiful. the concept of it is great. ... here's whats not ok...
the other buildings that should be stores, you are not allowed in. as in there isnt even a thing that says lock pick it.. its just a door canvas. just a picture of the door. so that downs THREE buildings. the one merchant I could talk to, the smithy, he doesnt sell or converse at all. he just says hmm?, what do you want/?.. and so on.
there is a dog that follows you... even after you leave. thats not too bad if you want him.
there is a VERY cute bunny in a cage outside near the back.. ''garden''?
this lil guy caused SOO many problems. I stepped foot on to the property. I thought that everyone was attacking a dog or something like a wolf.. or bandits stopped by. idk. I searched EVERYWEHRE..
come to find out it was the caged bunny that cant seem to be killed. and they dont stop trying to attack it.
