Sequoia in the Moonlight

Changes most outdoor lighting and weather settings for a new night-like aesthetic.
Also makes Land's End and Castle Sequoia's music keep playing in battles on those areas.

Even though visibility was a priority when making this mod, it might still be hard to see in some places.
So feel free to let me know if there's any issues or important areas that are too dark that I might've missed.
I'll also welcome any suggestions to improve the aesthetic of the mod!

Originally just a proof of concept, this mod's been repurposed as a companion mod for my main one, Moonlight Project. This separation helps compatibility, and also gives players the option to use both mods, or just one. Regardless, you may still use this mod as just an aesthetic change without problems.
