Flames Don't Respawn

Description
Makes so every individual Flame (encounter) can only be defeated once, as if they were bosses.

Inspired for challenge runs in the official Discord server.
Make do with limited encounters, hunt 'em all down and leave Sequoia empty, go wild.
Warning: This mod could cause missables, but that's probably part of the point of it.

As a side effect, this makes all Flames look like Boss Flames, so I made actual Boss Flames larger to compensate.
If you find any Flame I missed or another issue related to this mod, please let me know and I'll fix it as soon as possible.

Feel free to also leave suggestions to improve this mod!

everything should work fine, technically every boss is optional

what about optional bosses like gran, or the blood slime or warden, i think they dont do like much to the game if defeated right

That could probably be made by deleting their unique checkbox. Don't know off the top of my head if there would be any side effects.

would there be a way to do the oppposite and make boss flames respawn?
