Painted Blue Samurai Armour

Adds a samurai armour varient with painted hive markings.

Stats are identical to regular samurai armour, it's just a fancy looking version.

Crafting blueprint is added to Flats Lagoon armour vendor list, as well as the Blackscratch Library. Requires Plate Armour Crafting researched.

Armour is not added to world pawns!! Just the crafting blueprint.

Should be safe to add without import, just be sure to reload the vendor lists (run away to unload the area, then wait a couple days)
