Grandview Medical Center 2.0

This is a improved version of the older Grandview Hospital I made. Note that this hospital does not feature a Internal Medicine department on account of me having to build an entire new floor if I wanted to add it.

This hospital runs very well, especially when you make adjustments to the bedside exams mod to allow for more testing to be done in multiple wards and offices (namely labsampling in ED offices to avoid endless referrals to DID and bottlenecking during events). Refer to the Bedside Exams All DLC comments to see how to amend the mod's code. I highly recommend applying the serologic testing fix that is mentioned in the comments there to avoid issues in the future.

Note:
- Observation needs a lot more nurses in later stages of gameplay. I've had to allow some TC nurses to do patient transfers.
- Radiology will eventually no longer cope with the volume of patients. Consider making the outpatient radiology wing available for hospitalised patients.
- Starting money is a bit off as I had to restore it using a mod after spending over 3 million on hiring good staff.

I have played this hospital into late game and made numerous changes to it over the course of my session. This version was older and I've changed the things to run better where I could remember them.
