Mosin-Nagant Obrez'Ver from Escape From Tarkov[aka a Boomstick :P] . Replaces the Mosin

REQUIRES THE SHARED RESOURCES PACK

Note: The bullets can rarely show incorrectly (only happens when canceling a reload without putting a round in). This will probably be reworked one day.
