No Boss Fast Respawn

Description
This mod allows you to set two different respawn timers depending on whether or not there is still a boss alive.
You can have a longer or shorter boss timer while the boss is alive.
Can completely disable respawning while the boss is alive to allow for harder multiplayer fights where everyone has one life.
