update is live! I fully redesigned the sky crane system and it works beautifully now!

if you have enough delta v in the second to last stage you may be able to just directly land on the moon that way then decouple the payload. If you'd like you can even add landing legs to that stage!

i might add, on the ascent pitch take it slow. you wanna be about 35degrees on the ball by 20k no earlier

One more thing! you ask yourself, how should i use this rocket? well. begin on landing pad with rcs ON and throttle at full then click on the lowest white fuel tanks to see when to decouple. When you take off wait until 100 m/s then begin to pitch in you're desired direction, when you reach decoupling for fuel boosters and normal boosters it's essential to cut engines as they float off or you will likely suffer a mission failure.

the blue tanks take quite a while to float off, give them about 20 seconds then lightly throttle for just a sec to get out of them. then continue your journey! at 200km that is when you are good to release the fairing, any lower risks damage to Timmy and the sky crane. Oh! and if you want a good moon encounter, if you looked at a clock face you wanna go 10 O'Clock while the moon is 3 O'clock. Should have a easy encounter that way! happy exploring everyone!!!

i'm gonna say this right now, after extensive testing i realize the Sky crane may need a rework. i'm having issues with its engine system and directional control. rocket turned out great but the payload needs tuning! so far i have crashed into the surface of the moon 4 times with Timmy in tests.....
