Awesome, I'm gradually trying to remember what staff ask for as I play, only on day 22 as playing a complex sandboxy game so lots of staff and businesses to juggle :)

Staff can get more demanding as they upskill - one thing they sometimes demand is computer monitors so something for both of us to remember (missed these in my first design), but you've covered many of the main ones, for example almost every graphic designer will want a graphics tablet, many with screen, so providing one at each desk eases that headache :) , a water cooler is also useful as it's sometimes a want of staff and cleaning stations relative to building size (check out the ai ones for how many) as cleanliness can also affect some staff and cleaners each need one.
