UPDATE: I lowered the damage by 65%, raised the Magicka cost and removed (WEAKER) from the name.
Have you ever hated the fact that Sparks is so weak, but you loved its simplicity and practically no charge up? Well, now you can use it on any enemy, at any level, and it will never be too weak.
