[B41] Autotsar Motorclub - Better Handling

Description
I have edited parameters of the motorcycles so now it is less annoying to ride them (not ideal but better than original imo)

What has changed? Now its easier to drive in a straight line and the motorcycles dont wobble so much

@Epzeze, I don't think there will be any problems, only a few lines have been changed there

@snake must be loaded last so that my mod overrides the main mod

Is there anything to worry about regarding mod load order? I can't even edit it because I don't have a mod to do that, but maybe it doesn't matter?
