3CB Takistan Tribal Expansion

Description
This is an expansion of the 3CB Takistan Tribal Fighter's faction, to fit more with the Afghan Mujahideen of the 1980s.
This adds ZPU-4's, S-60 57mm, 130mm M-1954, Stingers, Milans, Tows, and Blowpipes to the faction units.
