Ice and Fire (Co-op/PvPvE)

In an attempt to strengthen their influence over the arctic, OPFOR has taken over Iceland. Our forces are about to retaliate.


Hostiles have settled in around Akureyri, a city seated in a fjord in the north of the island.
Our task is to eliminate the enemies combat capabilities in and around the city.
Several targets need to be destroyed to complete your mission, including boats, depots, AA sites and moving vehicles.

Expect anti-air scattered along the coastline, both stationary and mobile.
As you are approaching from the open sea, stealth fighter and electronic warfare loadouts are highly recommended for successful SEAD.

Based on 1:1 scale real terrain heightmap.



Mission variants:

8 player Co-op:

2 F-45A
2 EF-24G (two slots each)
2 F/A-26B

- Limited lives (3 per slot)
- Limited budget, extra funds added for completing objectives

10 player PvPvE:

BLUFOR is the same as the Co-op variant, but opposing force gets:

2 F/A-26B

- Limited lives (3 per slot)
- No real win condition for OPFOR. Enjoy PVP and being a thorn in what is otherwise a Co-op mission.

12 player PvPvE (hard):

BLUFOR is the same as the Co-op variant, but opposing force gets:

2 F/A-26B
1 EF-24G (two slots each)

- Limited lives (3 per slot)
- In this variant, OPFOR can try to sink the main teams carrier using dumb/laserguided bombs and hydra rockets, thus winning the game (carrier can't be destroyed in 10 player PvPvE variant). I have no idea how hard or easy this is in practice, so feedback would be appreciated. Jamming is likely essential to get close. Either way, it adds another layer of tension.
