Kelpie Statue

This statue depicts the Kelpie, a shapeshifting water demon native to Ireland and Great Britain, which usually takes the form of a long-maned horse. The largest Kelpie ever reported is the Loch Ness monster in Scotland.

How to get: Fast travel to “Lower Grand Staircase”. From where you spawn, go straight down the stairs, then left up the stairs. At the top of those stairs is a statue of a man riding a sea monster, page is at this statue.
