The Old Librarian

One of the first librarians of Hogwarts is depicted here. Rumour is that he had no tolerance whatsoever for noisy students and was known for his liberal use of the Silencing Charm at the slightest sneeze.

How to get: This one is found in the Library Annex but counts towards The Bell Tower Wing. Fast travel to “The Library Annex > Library”. From where you spawn, turn left and go up the spiral stairs. At the top of the stairs, straight in front of you will be a big painting of a mage in a red robe, in front of this is the page. This is basically above the Library Floo Flame.
