Original Resource Icons for Forgotten Teams

Description
This is a supplement to Amasa's Original Resource Icons. While that item restores said icons for the 18 Conquerors civilizations, it does not affect the new teams in the Forgotten Expansion. That bothered me for some time, so I made this to fix it.

NOTE: This does not include Amasa's original work, and you should subcribe to both files for all teams to appear properly.

I don't believe this is working anymore. I started up AOE and the icons are no longer in effect, maybe they patch it out?
