Welcome to the Vehicles'n'More mod for ICBM. This mod aims to achieve ground warfare using vehicles, similar to what's seen in the ICBM: Escalation trailer. Of course their are limitations.

Vehicles'n'More adds 8 vehicles to the game, with more on the way. Command Tanks, Anti-Tanks, scout vehicles, radar trucks, and more to alter the nuclear warfare side of the game.

Be strategic with the mobile radars and scout trucks, place them around the battle field to scope out the enemies plans, and vehicles.

No sorry, it's not possible at all in modding, it will be possible in ICBM 2 though since it's built into the game.
