Description
You are soldier Dumont.

After a failed attempt at scouting German trenches, you fell into a pit a mud.
You saw a flash with a high pitched noise and lost consciousness.
Waking up, the surroundings seems like another bunker although the atmosphere feels different.
The sky is unusual, sinister and the air is hard to breathe.
You broke your leg in the landing, take things slow.
Find the exit and report to HQ.

(Difficulty recommended : normal-hard)
(Time to finish : 5 to 10 minutes)
(More of a meme map but I putted thoughts into it)

For the overall lighting, I truly apologise, i am used to UE5 and it's dynamic lighting or RT lighting when i add props and stuff which is why the selecting intro and end intro 'artwork' or scene feels very very dark

I did learn a lot thanks to this engine about lights or game design

'Fun' fact: you were not supposed to run at all in this map but after some quick test it was more tedious than anything so i just deleted it, i did make the monster come near you advanced near the end of it

'Fun' fact n°2: Originally it was supposed to be the sequel to bunker 16 after the main character got free from the germans, after this map you were supposed to be in the OTHER WORLD , but after some thought and my clear lack of skills , i just thought that it won't work because I don't know shit about loading maps and portal (the area that loads and hide from the player when not being 'looked' at.

'Fun' fact n°3: more dark world props were supposed to be added but me being paranoid about low end pc i deceided to remove a lot of it, and i deleted some extra path because of it, ( it is very short I know but I was scared that the engine would just freak out)

i wished i would have made it longer but with the engine limitation that i don't know very much, i don't want to limit ppl playing the map is their pc is low spec, it was intended to be longer but my own fault

The concept would fit a larger structure with a bit more details and resources, do not let any negative feedback impede you in doing so. Currently I recommend it only for those who don't mind short/beginner mods, I personally liked your Bunker16 better, but I'd gladly return for a second round if you ended up expanding it. Nice job overall!

I actually assumed to two dimensions were connected because of the long underground hallways and the thick fog alone.

it just felt so alien in design, which definitely helped sell the premise!

Thanks you, yeah i still have a little bit of grammatical errors hahha...

I did watched some rebirth to see what can really express the darkworld in a bunker if both dimensions collides, i could have added much more props but idk if the optimisations would have been fine

And that's why I created a map with this reference, it is a map just for the fun of the backrooms
nothing more, not much of a story or anything, just a meme map
