Description
Remote control-autonomous grinder drone for salvaging ops.

Normally I post some stats and an empty world, but this time I tossed the drone on easy start 1 with all settings ready to go. They can be used to salvage small ships and stations if you change up a few settings (Will detail the settings tommorrow) but are currently set for large ships with a gravity collector (also hastilly built into the map). All you should have to do is take remote control and move the drones within 50m of the large ships.

I have noticed that sometimes on some maps the drones will stop moving despite being within range, bumping them or remote access and command a direction usually fixes this. Also they have an auto shutdown when no large ships are in range but sometimes the sensors bug and don't detect correctly.

Originally I had the auto shutdown also turn off the grinders, however I ran into a problem where the safety would trigger on and off breifly causing it to slowly grind on another drone while the safety should have been on.

To Be Updated: Tommorow I will update it to have uranium in the reactors (oops) then you can convert to survival and see the gravity collector in action with it (crudely done so its not perfect on this map).


-------Operation Notes--------
Default toolbar settings:
(1) Grinders on/off
(2) Enable/disable grinder safety. This is a sensor that detects when a small ship, station, player, or floating object are getting dangerously close to the grinders.
(3) Front Camera
(4) Rear/connector camera
(5) Throw out toggle for Connector
(8) Reset for auto mode. Use this after disabling (9) to stop the drone and reset it to ready status, otherwise you may have unwanted gyros or thrusters stuck on.
(9) Auto-Grinding Mode. This toggles the main sensor which enables the auto grinder mode. It is a 50m all around sensor that uses a pair of timer blocks to enable/disable the navigation systems.

Page 2:
(1) The opposite of page 1 (8), do not reccomend using on its own.

Final Note: This is the MK1, for now it has the most basic, minimum spec for an self regulated auto grinder. More complex navigation/sensing version will be released seperately.

It is not showing up in my blueprints like other things do, I did try refreshing.

If you have trouble with it stopping often (some sort of thruster bug I think) try setting the Override Thruster to a higher value, the drawback is it may start overshooting or ram damaging what you are trying to grind.
