SFO - Cheaper Construction submod

Description
Lowers the cost of construction for almost all buildings by ~1/3rd of their normal price.

The mod doesn't alter certain buildings that are already very cheap (basically anything below 300 Gold).

Seeing as how the AI doesn't use money the same way the player does, in my playthrough I barely could tell the difference in terms of their economy. They still had the same doomstacks they always have, and the big difference is I had doomstacks to match.

I just lowered the prices on all the buildings in the building price tables.

AI and player or just for the player?

I think you need to put the SFO main mod in the requirements so people don't accidentally use this mod and forgot to include SFO.

It does happen every ones in a while.
