Neo Samurai

Description
First of all:
 This mod can work on its own, but due to its samurai theme, using the following
 mods together is recommended.

   ●T's Samurai Faction - by Trickity
   ●Edo Themed Expansion - by hei
   ●Edo Themed Backstories - by hei
   ●Erin's Japanese Furniture - by Erin

Description:
 This mod adds 12 armors and 13 weapons to the game.
  
 Neo Samurai:
   ●neo samurai helmet
   ●neo samurai jingasa
   ●neo samurai armors
   ●neo samurai gauntlets
   ●neo samurai buuts
   ●neo samurai suit

  
 Neo Ninja:
   ●neo ninja hood
   ●neo ninja mask
   ●neo ninja armor
   ●neo ninja gloves
   ●neo ninja boots
   ●neo ninja suit

  
 Weapons:
   ●uchigatana
   ●nodachi
   ●neo uchigatana
   ●neo nodachi
   ●neo naginata
   ●neo kunai
   ●neo kanasaibō
   ●neo yari
   ●neo kama
   ●neo tanegashima rifle
   ●neo ōyumi
   ●neo ōzutsu
   ●neo bōshuriken

 Some of the features are as follows:
  The neo samurai helmet and neo ninja mask provide a bonus to evade in melee attacks,
  while the neo samurai jingasa and neo ninja hood provide a bonus to hit in raged attacks.

  *Please see the images in this mod page for the performance of each armors and weapons.

Required research and manufacturing:
 To create these items, you will need to finish researching "The Way to Neo Samurai" after
 researching PoweredArmor and ChargedShot.
 FabricationBench is required for creation.


*This mod is not compatible with Combat Extended.
*Melee Animation supports this mod..
*Please do not make any requests as my skill level is neolithic.
*Creating patches, etc. is welcome.

I was wondering, which body did you use as a base for your suit textures? I was hoping to make some variants to go along with the mod but I cannot find a base body that matches.

I have hardly played RimWorld since the 1.5 update and have gotten away from creating mods.
So I am very grateful for these patches.

I made a patch to give the armor vacuum resistance. I hope that it is okay with you, Gunmar.

Hi, just a suggestion. To be avaible for late game, neo equipment should have vacuum res. Great mod btw <3

From now on I will change my description to say that I am compatible with melee animation.

Just loaded up and spawned some weapons in to check and I can confirm that all your melee weapons have working animations with the mod installed.

The player doesn't need to do anything, they just work.

For Melee animations: in the compatibility section of the mod page, the first entry is a link to their GitHub which has a list of all the mods they've patched and Neo Samurai is on there.

For combat extended: in compatibility section at the bottom of their mod page is a similar link to their built in patches. I don't think they announce new patches other than in the GitHub changes so the only way is to check that list to see if it's been added.
