Built for Reforged Eden 1.10!

Type: Fighter SV
C9, 59.993 CPU
Size Class: 1 (1,03)
Unlock Level: 25

The Pulsar is a small Torpedo Fighter, built to hunt CVs and Orbital POIs. It is able to kill Drone Nullifiers and Drone Matrices, if flown correctly. No interior and only basic support functions. The hull is built from steel and carbon, but it does have decent shield and sufficient regen.

This ship is not built to be upgradeable. Once you have gotten your aux cores I recommend to switch to a bigger ship (e.g. my Tempest, if you want something with similar looks).

Guess I'm using the wrong version of RE, although, still much heavier than armor with less stopping power, I think.

Which ones? The "External Decorative pieces" only have 20kg as per their tooltip?

Very nice looking build. Although, those External Decorative pieces are 115 kg each, I believe, ten times the weight of a hardened steel block.
They aren't weighted yet for SV/HV since their introduction by RE.
