Plate Jackets are Equal

Description
Simple mod that Amalgamate White and Black plate jackets stats and level bonuses into same taking always superior option of the two

Now you can select plate jacket that suits your style, not minor 2% better stats
Mod Edit and Equalize:
White Plate Jacket - bonus stealth 0.6 > 1.0
Black Plate Jacket - bonus dexterity 0.90 > 0.95
Plate Jacket
Bonus Cut defense 0.12 > 0.13 (to match other two)
bonus stealth, 0.8 > 1.0
bonus dexterity 0.9 > 0.95,
bonus assassination 0.8 > 1.0 (to match)

technically all 3 have different material data, but it only change look and some properties unrelated to stats
its hard to speculate what could be design intention towards items

Game however have a bias as Black = Stealth Bonus
This include even scorchlanders xD

Do i think they should be equal? i don't care, people should not further compromise their style for 2% bonuses when they finally decided to take good armor
