Improved optimal storage

Description
Revised and updated version of the Optimal Storage mod. Implemented support for the Extended Tech Tree and Mineable Tyberium mods.

Переработанная и дополненная версия мода Оптимальное хранилище. Реализована поддержка мода Расширенное дерево технологий и Добываемый тибериум.

Added support for thermal resources. Compatible with version 0.30.1a

Maybe with 30.1a but with 30.1b there is only one error.

Cylek thanks for the review. My mistake, I did not disable the debugging flags. Published a mod with disabled flags. There should be no more mistakes.

turns out ETT and Mineable tyberium are now hard requirements.

still getting a crash after the update. Only running mineable megaroids mineable dwarf planets and a crew image mod.

Yes, the new sound update has killed all mods that add resources or change their settings.

dx155, I will definitely update the mod. I have made support for thermal resources, but I have not yet finished drawing the new resources from ETT, as I am busy with another large mod.
