Dark Apocalypse Series: The Reception of Seirios Office

Note: This reception is balanced around having pages up to Star of the City row 1 without passive attributions.

The first of many receptions I have planned for the title Dark Apocalypse Series. The first reception is against Seirios Office, a team of Fixers who enter the Library at the warnings of mysterious White-haired Fixers that have allied with the Library.

The Library has received the following knowledge about this enemy:

Haste is Power: Seirios Fixers are always on the march, building combat momentum. Once their march has built up to a charge, they become a formidable fighting force.

A Shining Star: Seirios Office uses a special Workshop-issue coating to keep their weapons sharp, making them gleam brightly as a side effect.

Invite with 1 Star of the City (Row 1) book.

TLDR for those that don't want to go in blind and want to plan ahead:

- Seirios gains Power every 2 Haste, but before Emotion Level 3, are weaker.

- They can apply a status called 'Gleam' to Combat Pages, giving their special pages unique properties and giving any Combat Page's Offensive dice increased Power.

- Update Combat Page and reception art
