But after shaking somebody's hand, and drinking a glass of cool refreshing water, you think to yourself "why not" then sit down at the computer and get to work....
Will you isolate yourself, Greet the world with open arms and friendship, or, go all arms open across the border to become Supreme Ruler of the Great Lakes!?

Description: A simple mod where i add 2 lines of code the Shattered world Sandbox 2030 scenario to turn Michigan Communist, or, number 3 (3 = communism) i don't know any of the other gov type numbers. The name and flag start as the original, you can change them as you see fit. I have not changed a single thing other then the gov type number. so anything the gov is attached to, will also change (example no elections, Taxes, ext) Feel free to use this to create your own mod, at your own risk tho. I used the whole .scenario file, so any little change to the file will render this mod in-compatible

i also dont know how to change the main picture for my mod, away from the stock image
