Description
This mod replaces the 6 two-word somewhat immersion breaking continent names (Congo Craton, Kumari Kandam, North America, Pangaea Ultima, South America, and Terra Australis) with 6 single-word alternative continent names (Borealia, Cemanahuac, Fusang, Hawaiki, Hesperia, and Terranova).

Mod inspired by and loosely based on p0kiehl's Historical Continent Names mod.

It’s not really related, but I googled and found nothing, so in despair, I ask somewhere I’d hope someone could know ! ^^

I’m a bit frustrated by the colors the game choose to display continents with the relevant lens, is it random ? It always selects very close colors so it’s hard to distinguish them ! Can I somehow force the game to take selected colors ?

Anyway, my fav continent names mod, thanks !
