No Skill Loadout Cost

Description
Removes the gold cost associated with updating your skills loadout.

Optionally can also modify the cost to something other than 5000 gold.

Config options:
ShouldChargeForSkillLoadout = true/false
-- when DISABLED will always set the cost to 0. When enabled will follow the GoldCost setting.
SkillLoadoutGoldCost = 5000
-- You may modify the original gold cost as you wish, note has not been tested above 9999!

Recommend using configuration manager to edit settings.

This doesn't work kindly check it again please or is there incompatibility i would like to know.
