Box trucks needs to go into either traffic_medium storage or _heavy to prevent the game from attaching a trailer on it despite it being without a trailer_chain[] in the sui file

I found some bug about this MOD after 1.50 patch.
The box van-style model of 'Zanin Mule' be recognized by the system as a tractor, so the trailer is overlapped and appeared in an odd shape.
