Yay's New Weapons is a mod intended to fill certain gaps between some weapon progression while also adding some new "Sub-Classes" of weapons to play around with!

I'm working on the wiki for this mod so I'd advise using a mod like recipe browser or cheat sheet so you can see every weapon currently added so you can choose your class accordingly for now. But i will link the wiki in the future when it's done
(or just go cannon-ball straight into it.)



Right now this mod has been adding Items to 4 weapons types, though that is subject to change.
1) More Cutlasses (For a interesting version of vanilla swords that shoot projectiles instead)
2) More Whips (To help add to the only nine whips in terraria)
3) More Shotguns (Because shooty shooty bang bang with multiple shoot in one bang is cool)
4) More (Magic) Books (Because the first obtainable magic book in pre-hardmode is in the dungeon)

-And potentially more later

If you didn't notice yet, the main categories most items will be in are each for their respective damage class;
so this mod has good class coverage.


Suggest any weapon ideas and i will probably add them at some point in the future!
