This is the Iron Maiden Trap from SAW: THE VIDEO GAME.
You cannot find the game for sale anymore sadly, but it still has some pretty cool traps to be translated into PPG

Features a Iron Maiden and working billy tv


To start the game, you must read the PLAY ME Tape located near the tv on the floor.
You have six strikes until the Trap will release and crush the human to a pulp.

Sit back and watch as the timer ticks down.. The Iron Maiden will show all its glory.

There is no escaping this trap, however it is optional if you press the Fuse before the stand area (where the human is standing at)

Live or die, Make your choice.

That's about it.
