Snow Expansion IEE: Enable borders

Description
It's simple. By default, in the "Snow Expansion IEE" mod, borders are disabled. A kind of “World without borders”, hehe. This mod brings back our favorite boundaries and a little personal space. ^_^

Requires original mod.

Thanks, I found this while shopping around for a border mod to overwrite this exact problem!
