FA:S 2.0 Alpha SWEPs Plugin: Reset Proficiencies on Death

A lightweight plugin for the FA:S 2.0 Alpha SWEPs pack that makes players lose their weapon proficiency progress on all weapons when they die. This will create a scarcity of players who are skilled with their weapons, which can be ideal for roleplay scenarios.

If you're going to use this plugin, I would additionally change the proficiency gain modifiers (fas2_profgain, fas2_profgain_shotguns) to a larger value so that proficiency becomes easier to obtain before the players' deaths.

You may also disable this plugin at will with the convar: fas2_prof_resetondeath
