Five-storey houses of the standard series II-01 are recognizable by their brick exterior walls, balconies from the third floor, each with 2 narrow windows in the sash. There are no balconies from the entrances. There are also two rows of windows without balconies at the ends and a relatively narrow rectangle-shaped body without protrusions. In some cases, it is located with the letter G, but without turning sections. Sometimes there are 3 windows in the end, one of which has been moved from the facade. In the 2-, 3- and 4-room apartments of the II-01 series houses, the rooms are mostly isolated, there are also several layout options with adjacent rooms. The corner 3-room apartments have dark rooms.
