I did some more testing (around 50 runs) and these are my conclusions:
if nothing is done she will always attack you in you get too close
aiming at her wont make her surrender or make her less agressive
shooting the ground or in the air wont make surrender for both Supressed and non supressed guns
shooting someone next to her wont make her surrender
shooting her wont make her surrender
kicking in a door wont make her surrender (which was the case before)
What makes her surrender is yelling even if you are in another room
after yelling and walking up to her she will emitiadly fall to the ground and surrender
Soo in conclusion the new start to get this achievment is
-stop your teammates at the very start of the map (middle mousewheel 4) hold position
-clear all suspects in the mainroom the bathroom balcony and guest bed
-afterwards look for Daniella (now brunette) and walk "into" her and let her punch you down
Officers in Commander Mode have skills that affect Suspect Morale, I wonder if assigning officers without those skills would change her propensity to start fighting.
If you approach her solo with weapon down and F spam to get her to comply, will she feel compelled enough to fight?

As for that table, I'm messing around with STALKER 2 mods at the moment and it's also in Unreal. Both games store most major configs in:
C:\Users\[USER]\AppData\Local\[GAME]\Saved\Config\Windows
So in this case it would be:
C:\Users\The Windows Cesspit\AppData\Local\ReadyOrNot\Saved\Config\Windows
There are 35 different configs present in that folder and I'll dig a little bit but the config for NPC mood/hostility might be in there.
i did 2 runs one where i found her inthe middle of the the room where she did not attack me and one where i foudn her in the closet but there she attacked me
BUT you are right she seems to be nerfed in compliance
both times i first ran into her and waited the time i found her outside she didnt punch me but she did punch me in the closet
My Hypothesis is: people were annoyed about her being as stubborn as she was and they made her easier complicit, so that even firing a gun makes her not attack you
basically NPC "mood" level:
Hostile 100 points
50 non-complicit but neutral
0 Complicit
Shot: -50 points
This kind of table actually exists inside the game but im not sure how to acces it or what the actual numbers are
i will try to verify tomorrow if they actually changed her location
(game doesnt load the map and crashed, no idea why tho? ill try a reinstall)
