Brings back the UEFA Cup Winners Cup, a two legged playoff for the top 48 cup winners in Europe.

I had i think the same issue too. The English Prem qualifcation spots have altered

I ran into the same error, it seems something in the coefficients broke

This doesn't edit or touch the champions league at all.

After using this mod, there is an error in the Champions League qualifying seats, and Kazakhstan has four places.
