Description
The Conductor is having a terrible winter holiday! His train has been destroyed by a strange portal and his passengers are stranded on a frosty mountain.

Yes to add a layer of difficulty so you can't just run through half of it in invincibility frames.

Go to where you play mods and go to the “chapters” tab and it should be there. It then should let you play all the acts.

Hmmm. How do I actually enter this level? When I access it through the mod menu, I am taken to the train, which I am pretty sure is supposed to be the last act.

some of the actors used are set to only show up during the event. it looks like you're using Hat_DynamicStaticActor_TimedEvent for the tree and the cat plushes are Hat_SpringBased_Event_Winter_CatPlush. would recommend changing these if you want the level to be properly playable after the winter event is over.
