The way you play the character is as follows:
They are a METER BURN character. JUST DONT LOSE METER LOL
Faux Bursts, Flashstep after Charge, Timeslow, and Timestop ALL TAKE METER. Timeslow and Timestop EXTEND THEIR DURATION PROPORTIONATELY WITH HOW MUCH METER YOU HAVE. If your time stop isnt as long as you like, gather more kinetic energy then try again.
