Description
Saxton Hale upon seeing an Excavator in action in the Gravel Pit was inspired by a brand new idea. Digging holes at range! He even started a new division of the company to do the work. Mann Co. Excavation "We Dig Holes and Get in Fights".

Unfortunately all he did was make a lot of guns, pretty much the same guns we already made.

Based on Park Pigmented but with custom mapping.
