Description
A large tier 3 transport submarine, made for personel transport. The RZ3 was notably made for prisoners, containing 4 brigs, 4 deployable and detonatable "depth charge" pods made for disposing of bad prisoners. It was also made for defending the prisoners, having a coilgun, a railgun, a small and large turret hardpoint, a depth charge launcher, and 2 discharge coils. It may be apparent that this sub is also of a newer design, granted the fancy reactor, engines, and nav console. It can also transport goods, with the 6 unit load devices.

Specs:
- 2 large engines
- 4 guns (2 harpdoints, a coilgun, and a railgun)
- 4 disposable shuttles (not easy to retrieve)
- 2 electrical discharge coils
- 8 junction box power array
- Sonar Transducer
- 4 brigs
- 2 secure arm cabs (hidden behind the weapons display case in the armory)
- Fabricator, medical fabricator, and a deconstructor
- 2 free PUCS suits that come with the purchase of the sub
- 6 unit load devices
- 3 supercapacitors (2 for main weapons, 1 for discharge coils)
- A depth charge launcher that can launch 2 charges at once
- Holographic display giving various information on the sub, next to nav console
- Holographic camera system (click one of the 4 hidden periscopes on the right side of the nav console)
- Diving cab inside of the airlock (couldn't find anywhere else to put it :) )
- 16 diving suit lockers (14 for diving suits, 2 for PUCS suits)
- 14 o2 tank holders (16 if you count the unpowered medical compartments next to the PUCS suits)
- 4 general storage cabinets (3 reg. 1 large.)
- 3 crate racks
- 4 ammunition shelves
- 2 railgun shell racks
- 4 ballasts (2 in lower engine, 2 under the brig access shafts)
- Special fully automatic doors that stop being automatic when there is a fire, flood or monster behind them.
- Blackout Switch above nav console
- Force open ducts switch above nav console
- Discharge button to the right of nav console
- Shutdown button above nav console
- Shutdown button on reactor
- Disable ballast pumps feature in nav console for sailing through ballast flora
- Depth charge deploy button in nav console
- Mass Pod Disposal button for launching all shuttle "deathpods" in a time where it's needed.

This submarine is completely vanilla worthy. Decotrauma was used for parts of the submarine, but it adds item assemblies, so it is not required for this mod to run.

The wrecked version of this submarine is in a joint wreck mod I've made that houses a large group of wrecks made for my submarines. The mod is still a work in progress as I make more and more submarines.

@jakkapakkaman sure, go ahead! The submarine may change in the future as I get better at making submarines though, so keep that in mind I guess.
