Omschrijving
I made this mod mainly because I needed to have it sliced in the middle, but there wasn't any mod like this. There was some interest over this mod at the Keen Software House forums (http://forums.keenswh.com), which made me want to go a bit more on this, not just the final cube, but the construction models too.
The people at keenswh forums were a great help! Could not have managed this without you people! Thanks! :D

These blocks are for big grids, not for small ships.


This mod is now supporting DX11!

That would actually help me a ton, if you were to fix the textures for me. I could add you as a contributor then. So you wouldn't be having to remake it all, how would you like to get the files from me?

If you could get it working, it would save me from having to remake these from scratch, which I was starting to think about doing. :P

Your texture definitions in the block's XML are going to be different, as well, because DX11 textures have different names.
It might very well work, however, if you copy the new ramp textures into your mod, and then just copy/paste the appropriate texture section into your XML from the vanilla ramp.
Give it a try. It might be that easy! ^_^

I took a peek at conversion to DX11 and ran into some problems. I used the XML updater, sure, but the textures won't update properly to the new textures. I read that the converter had some hickup, but as I had used the original ramp textures for both of these ramp pieces, I thought it would work if I copied the new files in. That was not the case, it didn't work.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this? Couldn't find any working solution to this. Will look more into this later in december.

This mod is still VERY useful. The vanilla half-ramps are armor. These are half of the ramp piece, so if you want them to match visually (I do) then you still have to use these.

I do wish for some half vanilla stairs, though. That's be nice.
