Description
This mod changes the ELS-Lights to red and blue in a double flash pattern. Changes the ELS pattern of all police cars.

Update! Red and Blue lights are now working on all of the police vehicles.

The files included support all vehicles (including DLC -- SPV, MPV, etc). However, the SPV file is not set up correctly. You can fix it by going into manifest.json and changing the SPV vehicle slot to "POLICE_CAR10." The author has SPV set to Car8, which is why it is not working... For some reason the devs made car1-7, skipped 8-9, and made SPV car10.
